  1. This "kit" will allow you to edit MPEGs or if you have the full editing VFW
  2. then you can convert MPEGs to AVIs and AVIs to MPEGs.

  4. DMPEG views and converts MPEGs to a format that RAWRIP can make TGA, DIB,
  5. or RAW files from.  Microsofts Video for Windows' VidEdit can read the DIB
  6. files in and create an AVI.  CMPEG can reread in the RAW or TGA files
  7. after you have edited them to create another MPEG.

  9. CMPEG compresses RAW or TGA files into an MPEG.  These can come from
  10. RAWRIP or from AVIRIP.  AVIRIP takes a non-compressed, non-interleaved
  11. AVI and rips frames out in DIB, RAW or TGA format.

  13. MPG2SPLIT will convert video/audio MPEGs to a video only MPEG and an
  14. MPEG audio file.
